Deauville Residence Miami Beach
Deauville Residence is a visionary mixed-use development situated on the former site of the historic Deauville Hotel, originally built in 1957. The new project reflects a commitment to architectural excellence, historic preservation, and thoughtful community integration. The development will feature approximately 120 luxury condominiums, a 150-room hotel, ground-floor retail space, and enhanced public access to the beachfront. Honoring the spirit of the original Deauville, the design features a partial reconstruction of its iconic pedestal, accompanied by a new, reinterpreted tower above. Alongside private residences, Terra has prioritized community enhancement with public parks, beach walk connections, improved stormwater systems, and support for cultural institutions.
